Entities included in the technological capital group TenderHut Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Białystok, at ul. Sienkiewicza 110, 15-005 Białystok, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Białystok, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under the number: 0000355489, NIP : 5423161397, REGON: 20034630100000 (hereinafter referred to as the Administrator) pay special attention to respecting the privacy of Users (hereinafter Users) of websites belonging to the group of companies. Whenever the Privacy Policy refers to the "Website", it should be understood as each of the above-mentioned websites separately and all websites together.
The Administrator co-administers personal data with entities belonging to the technological capital group TenderHut, which includes: TenderHut SA, SoftwareHut sp. Z oo, ProtectHut sp. The term "Administrator" used in the Privacy Policy applies to both the entire TenderHut capital group and its individual companies.
The purpose of the Privacy Policy is to provide Website Users with information regarding the processing of their personal data by the Administrator in connection with the Users' use of the functionalities available on the Website. In connection with the above, we encourage each Website User to read the content of the document in question.
The Administrator processing Users' personal data complies with the provisions on the protection of personal data, including the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95 / 46 / WE (so-called GDPR).
