The term "Administrator" used in the Privacy Policy applies to both the entire TenderHut capital group and its individual companies.

The purpose of the Privacy Policy is to provide Website Users with information regarding the processing of their personal data by the Administrator in connection with the Users' use of the functionalities available on the Website. In connection with the above, we encourage each Website User to read the content of the document in question.

The Administrator processing Users' personal data complies with the provisions on the protection of personal data, including the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95 / 46 / WE (so-called GDPR).

By using the Website, the User accepts the Privacy Policy.

II. Personal data

The personal data of the Website Users may be collected and processed by the Administrator for the following purposes:

  1.  Data provided by the User:
    • a) Support for contact forms. By completing the contact form, the User provides the Administrator with personal data, which may include: name, surname, e-mail address, contact number, and the User's company name. These data are processed based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator and the User consisting in handling the inquiry, i.e. answering the question / questions, conducting correspondence with the User or presenting the offer of products or services offered by the Administrator in which the User is interested. Providing data in the above-mentioned remains voluntary, but their absence would make it impossible to achieve the objectives mentioned above. The handling of inquiries may also be carried out using the tools available on the Website, e.g. a chatbox or a functionality enabling the Administrator to provide a voice recording, which may contain personal data;
    • b) Conclusion of an NDA. Some Websites allow the User to report the need to conclude a confidentiality agreement (NDA). If the User wishes to conclude such a contract, his personal data will be processed to the necessary extent in order to take action before concluding such a contract, e.g. to prepare an appropriate document template. In this case, the provision of data remains a condition for the conclusion of the contract;
    • c) Receiving commercial information about the Administrator's products and services. The User's data may be processed for marketing purposes carried out by the Administrator, consisting in sending the User commercial information about the Administrator's products and services. The basis for data processing for this purpose is the Administrator's legitimate interest. The User will receive such information, however, only if he agrees to send it to the previously indicated e-mail address. Consent to receive commercial information may be withdrawn by the User at any time.
  2. Data collected automatically when using the Website, including information:
    • a) automatically saved in the server and Website logs, e.g. IP address, page request sent by the User, date and time of the request, browser type, browser language, device data, type of operating system;
    • b) contained in "cookies". More information on cookies can be found in section VI. Cookies and other technologies.

  • b) In the case of data processed for the purpose specified in Section II point b) above, the data will be processed for the duration of the contract for which they were obtained, and after its termination for the period required by applicable regulations.
  • c) In the case of data processed for the purpose specified in Section II point c) above, the data will be processed until the User withdraws his consent to receive information from the Administrator about his products or services to the e-mail address provided by the User, or until an objection is raised against data processing for marketing purposes.

IV. Data processing rights

Due to the processing of Users' data by the Administrator, they have the following rights:

  • a) access to your personal data,
  • b) requests for data rectification,
  • c) deletion of data,
  • d) processing restrictions,
  • e) object to processing based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator, i.e. the purposes referred to in Section II points a) and c).

II. Personal data

The personal data of the Website Users may be collected and processed by the Administrator for the following purposes:

    • a) Support for contact forms. By completing the contact form, the User provides the Administrator with personal data, which may include: name, surname, e-mail address, contact number, and the User's company name. These data are processed based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator and the User consisting in handling the inquiry, i.e. answering the question / questions, conducting correspondence with the User or presenting the offer of products or services offered by the Administrator in which the User is interested. Providing data in the above-mentioned remains voluntary, but their absence would make it impossible to achieve the objectives mentioned above. The handling of inquiries may also be carried out using the tools available on the Website, e.g. a chatbox or a functionality enabling the Administrator to provide a voice recording, which may contain personal data;

In this case, the provision of data remains a condition for the conclusion of the contract;
