We strongly believe Simple Works ™ so we simplified our process to a three-step iteration loop:
Learn
We prepare for the Build phase — collect all the necessary information, learn about the product, business and user needs.
Build
Depending on maturity of the product, we build solutions from concept to development based on the information collected.
Test
We validate solutions from the Build phase — collect findings/feedback for the next iteration in the Learn phase, if necessary.
