MATTER.SPACE for BusyLamp is a flagship product that improves legal operations solutions.

Problem.

The client expressed a need for a contemporary web application for efficient legal case management, as the existing tools at the time were problematic due to the complex presentation and organization of large amounts of data.

Solution.

In cooperation with ExtraHut, one of their flagship products, MATTER.SPACE, came to life. MATTER.SPACE improves the visibility and organization of matters and documents, increasing lawyers’ productivity by allowing them to focus on legal work. We design completely from scratch a web application adapted to the modern needs of lawyers, with a modern look and feel, while organizing and simplifying user paths.

No.1 in EXAW'22

In June 2022, Extrahut for MATTER.SPACE project was awarded 1st place in the first edition of the Experience Awards contest – the only competition for UX, UI and SD designers in Poland.

In numbers.

Weeks. We have spent more than 2 years developing the platform in close collaboration with the client.

We prototyped over 500 different screens and layouts. We also made sure that all of the most important user paths were highly interactive and animated.

Designers. Three UX Specialists worked in close collaboration with two UI Designers to create a highly functional and eye-catching solution.
